Salmon with mustard and onions

So the other day I had just one salmon fillet left in my freezer, so I let it defrost for a day in the fridge.I pre heated the oven to 400 F and pulled out some parchment (about one arm length) and put it on my baking sheet. I placed the salmon on top and this is what I did...

1  2inch salmon fillet
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
thinly sliced raw vidalia onion (just enough to cover)
Salt and pepper
1 clove crushed garlic
1/4 orange squeezed
2 ounces white wine ( I used a homemade that tasted between a Chardonnay and a Sauv Blanc)

I placed the parchment on the baking sheet and did all of my applying of ingredients on my parchment so I wouldn't need to move it once finished I put everything on in the order they are listed except the wine. I crimped the parchment all the way around and added the wine right before I crimped and folded the piece up and stapled it.
Such a permanently dirty baking sheet...

Bake for 35 minutes and then take out of the oven and let sit for 10 minutes. Open and place on some rice.
Don't know what happened here, these photos are off my Droid phone so they aren't the best shots, but this one is kinda cut off....
Oh well Next time better shots!
Jon gave it a two thumbs up while wolfing it down.
